Q. How long does a session take ?

A. Allow one hour for a complete session

Q. Will I get assistance with my session?

A. Yes. Assistance is given at every session if you choose.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Comfortable exercise clothing – full covered legs and socks. No shorts jeans or bike shorts.
Please bring a bath towel & socks with you.

Q. How often should I attend?

A. Three times a week gives optimum results – depending on fitness level

Q.  How quickly should I see results?

A. After the first session you will start to notice the positive feelings associated with regular exercise.

It is quite common to see loss of centimetres in just 10 sessions.

Q. I have recently developed stiffness of joints which may be arthritic, can I still use the Studio equipment?

A. Power assisted exercise has been found to be very beneficial for arthritis, rheumatism, MS and numerous other neurological conditions.
It is always best to consult with your Doctor before commencing any exercise program.
