To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service – Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as this time has been reserved especially for you. Numbers are limited per hour. A cancellation is required at least 2 hours before your session or you will be charged.

Promotions / Special Offers

If you have purchased a voucher online, please be sure to include your voucher number and redemption code, when emailing to arrange a booking.  After we receive your booking, we will email you with further details.

What to wear and bring with you

Choose comfortable clothing – Please wear tracksuit pants or yoga pants as legs need to be covered. No jeans or shorts.

Please bring with you a thick pair of socks and a bath towel to be used on the machines.

A change room and lockers are provided for your personal items; however we recommend all valuables be left at home. Wearing delicate jewellery while using the machines is not advised.
